About The Position

UNTUCKit is hiring a full-time Keyholder for its new store in Brea, California. The role requires retail-store experience, prior management experience, knowledge of UNTUCKit products and the ability to motivate associates and provide exceptional customer service. The Keyholder helps create an engaging and cohesive work environment, supports customers throughout their shopping experience, and contributes customer feedback and observations to brand decisions. The role includes opening and closing the store and maintaining the stockroom and sales floor.

The position requires flexible availability for retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The listed pay range is $20–$21 per hour.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
• Prior management experience.
• Solid working knowledge of a retail store environment.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency with Apple products, G Suite, and omnichannel POS systems.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service focus.
• Ability to work in the store alone.
• Flexible schedule and availability for retail hours, potentially including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school degree.
