About The Position

The Lingerie Salesperson provides personalized customer service focused on fashion, fit, and styling to support customers’ confidence and comfort. The role builds customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions, including bra fittings, product and style guidance, and sales. Nordstrom provides training on bra fitting. The employee also collaborates with the team to keep the department customer-ready and participates in training to maintain fashion and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring customers and providing appropriate fit and style guidance.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally, using tools such as text and social media.
• Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through training from Nordstrom and brand consultants.
• Work with the team to maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing price markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
