About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder uses retail and cash-handling experience to complete essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This position is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience to take a first step into a supervisory role and pursue a longer-term career in prestige beauty.

Requirements

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities
