About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets. It also includes essential opening and closing duties, including start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation, on a rota basis. This position is suited to an ambitious self-starter with retail experience who is seeking an initial supervisory opportunity and a longer-term career in prestige beauty. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
