About The Position
The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role models excellent sales and customer service behaviors, using coaching and mentoring skills to help the sales team deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and service targets. The Keyholder also handles opening and closing duties on a rota basis and performs essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation. This role is suited to an ambitious self-starter with retail experience who is seeking an initial supervisory opportunity and a path toward a longer-term career in prestige beauty. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
