About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role leads by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to model the behaviors needed to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets. The Key Holder performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is suited to an ambitious self-starter with retail experience seeking a first supervisory opportunity and a path toward a long-term career in prestige beauty. Requirements
- Proven retail experience.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Retail experience within cosmetics is preferred.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the store.
