About The Position
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and service targets. It also involves cash handling, start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation, and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. The position is part-time and based at The Cosmetics Company Store in Geneva, Illinois. The anticipated hourly range is $17.63 to $29.38, depending on factors including experience, skills, education, budget, and geographic location. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and participation in a performance-based bonus program. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
