About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role uses coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model behaviors that help the sales team deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder uses retail flair and cash-handling experience to perform start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
