About The Position
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager and help ensure the smooth, efficient operation of the store. The role uses coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model the behaviors that help the sales team provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder uses retail and cash-handling experience to complete essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and shares responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is suited to an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience who is looking to take a first step into supervision and build a long-term career in prestige beauty. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.
