About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to provide customers with a superior experience and help them express themselves. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and product information, offering service plans and financing, and contributing to individual and team sales goals. The Key Sales Associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide customers with a superior experience.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
