About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express themselves. The role focuses on providing an outstanding customer experience through customer engagement, product knowledge, sales, and teamwork. Key Sales Associates may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills, and promotes advancement from within.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
