About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience, supporting team sales goals, and contributing to a positive, collaborative sales environment. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career-development skills, and promotes advancement from within. The position offers base pay plus sales commission, along with additional rewards and benefits described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
