About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a driven, creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love through an outstanding shopping experience. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing, and contributing to individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
