About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its sales team. Key Sales Associates help customers find merchandise that suits their needs while contributing to a strong team and providing a superior customer experience. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and maintains a promotion-from-within philosophy. The role may also include assisting the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
