About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and collaborating with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Requirements
