About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting team sales goals, and helping customers find merchandise that meets their needs. Training is provided in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career-development skills. The position may also involve assisting the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide customers with a superior experience.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
