About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to individual and team sales goals. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team and may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement from within.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
