About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love through an outstanding customer experience. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The Key Sales Associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
