About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. Key Sales Associates engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections, present merchandise and detailed information about product features and benefits, and offer extended service plans and financing options. They work with the sales team to provide customers with a superior experience and meet individual and team sales goals. They may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
