About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to support its retail team. The role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience, understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, and offering service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
