About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven and creative Key Sales Associate to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge and career development, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork and advancement from within. The position offers base pay plus sales commission and may include benefits for full-time team members.
