About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is hiring a Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love through an outstanding retail experience. The role focuses on understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing, and working with the sales team to meet individual and team goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement from within.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
