About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to deliver a superior customer experience and help customers celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing, and working with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other career-development skills, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement from within.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide customers with a superior experience.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
