About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a driven, customer-focused Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate and express themselves through jewelry. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience and meet sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.
Requirements
- Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience.

- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

- Base pay of $15.00–$16.00 plus commission on sales; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
