About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking driven and creative individuals to join its sales team. Key Sales Associates engage customers to understand their needs and objections, present merchandise and explain its features and benefits, offer extended service plans and financing options, and work with the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals. They may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within.

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

- Base pay of $15.00–$16.00 plus commission on sales; final pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.
