About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience and help customers express themselves. The role involves engaging customers, learning about their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and offering service plans and financing options. Associates work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within.
Requirements

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
