About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to provide an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate life and express love. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities
