About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on creating a superior customer experience while contributing to individual and team sales goals. Key Sales Associates may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide customers with a superior experience.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
