About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience through sales, product knowledge, and teamwork. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and maintains a promotion-from-within philosophy. The position is located at North County Fair in Escondido, California. Listed base pay is $16.90–$17.00, plus commission on sales; final pay is determined by experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
