About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on providing an outstanding customer experience through sales, product knowledge, and teamwork. Key Sales Associates may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and maintains a promotion-from-within philosophy. Compensation is $16.90–$17.00 base pay plus sales commission; the final pay rate is determined based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
