About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to provide an outstanding customer experience and contribute to individual and team sales goals. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement through promotion from within. Training is provided in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills to support career development. The position offers base pay of $16.90–$17.00 plus sales commission; final pay depends on experience and qualifications. Some listed benefits apply only to full-time team members.
