About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate and express themselves. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and product information, and supporting individual and team sales goals. The Key Sales Associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within. The posted base pay is $16.90–$17.00 plus sales commission; the final rate depends on experience and qualifications. Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance, as well as paid vacation and holidays, are specified for full-time team members.

Responsibilities
