About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven and creative Key Sales Associate to provide an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate and express themselves. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and offering service plans and financing options. Associates work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge and career development, and promotes advancement from within.
Requirements
- Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
