About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to contribute to a superior customer experience and support sales goals. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team to meet individual and team goals and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide customers with a superior experience.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
