About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative team members to provide an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate life and express themselves. The Key Sales Associate engages customers to understand their needs, presents merchandise and explains its features and benefits, offers extended service plans and financing options, and works with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills, and promotes advancement from within.

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

- Base pay of $16.90–$19.00 plus commission on sales; final rate is based on experience and qualifications.
