About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and help deliver a strong customer experience. The role focuses on achieving individual and team standards, sales targets, and profit projections while contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. The Store Manager trains and evaluates team members to develop their skills and product knowledge, and is responsible for recruiting and selecting team members. The role also includes managing the profit and loss statement to achieve profit margin goals, enforcing company policies and procedures, and handling other operational and strategic duties.

The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and job skills, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
