About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and support a strong customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit projections through individual and team performance, developing team members, and maintaining an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. The Store Manager manages the profit and loss statement to meet profit margin goals, enforces company policies and procedures, and carries out other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and management skills, and promotes advancement from within.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience; preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Manage the profit and loss statement to achieve profit margin goals.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.
