About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative team members. The Key Sales Associate helps customers celebrate and express themselves by delivering a superior customer experience and contributing to individual and team sales goals. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career-development skills, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within. The position is at the Westfield Annapolis location in Annapolis, Maryland.

One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
Offer extended service plans and financing options.
Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Base pay of $15.00–$16.00 plus commission on sales; final pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.
