About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative team members who are passionate about sales and customer service. Key Sales Associates engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain its features and benefits, offer extended service plans and financing options, and work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals. They may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career-development skills, and promotes advancement from within.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
