About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers express themselves and celebrate meaningful moments by delivering a superior customer experience. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to meet individual and team goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities
