About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role models and coaches the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and service targets. The Key Holder performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This opportunity is presented as a first supervisory step for an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Nice To Haves

• Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
