The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
