About The Position

The Assistant Manager leads EVEREVE guidelines and upholds the company’s mission and culture consistently across the brand. In partnership with the Store Manager, this role helps ensure every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience and is seen and connected with. The Assistant Manager supports recruiting, employee development, daily store operations, inventory and fulfillment, merchandising, sales performance, customer outreach, Trendsend styling, and payroll management. The role also leads an assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

Act and lead according to EVEREVE’s core values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
Support recruiting efforts to build a team that reflects the company’s HEART culture and Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
Lead by example and follow standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees.
Support daily store operations, inventory and fulfillment, and merchandising and visual standards.
Drive results through personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, and support of payroll management.
Maintain sales expectations based on store goals.
Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
Partner with the Store Manager to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with.
