The Assistant Store Manager plays a leading role in the success of the store or counter by supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. The position is suited to an ambitious, high-performing self-starter with retail experience and a passion for coaching others. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
