As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create outstanding shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach, you help turn routine visits into memorable experiences. You work toward selling goals by engaging customers and using effective selling behaviors, building trust, meeting sales targets, and inspiring loyalty. You also help keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and popular items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, share loyalty-program benefits, and provide a sincere farewell. They collaborate with teammates, take pride in their work, pursue sales goals, and learn from one another to support individual and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical duties include talking, lifting, moving, standing, reaching, and using computers and other technology to perform job functions.
