About The Position

The Key Holder, described in the posting as a specialized advisor, supports the management team by demonstrating strong sales behaviors and floor leadership, fostering a positive work environment, and carrying out operational processes and goals in accordance with company standards and policies. The role helps motivate the team to exceed sales targets and engages customers to provide an uncompromised customer experience.

The position represents the Oakley brand, maintains product knowledge, builds customer relationships, supports merchandise and inventory operations, and helps maintain the sales floor and warehouse. When management is not present, the Key Holder leads store opening and closing procedures. This is a part-time position at the Woodland Hills Mall store.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
• Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or in the warehouse.
• Bilingual ability.
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Oakley brand, demonstrate brand knowledge, and stay current on products.
• Build strong customer connections and maintain positive interactions.
• Uphold and execute the company’s customer service initiatives.
• Assist with processing and restocking merchandise and monitoring in-store inventory.
• Assist with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness of the sales floor and warehouse.
• Organize the warehouse, maintaining labeling, logical placement, organization, and cleanliness.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
• Perform other tasks assigned by a member of the management team.
• Help motivate the team to exceed sales targets.
