About The Position

Talbots is hiring a part-time Client Specialist at its Woodland Hills Mall store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role focuses on building customer and community relationships, developing a strong clientele, and delivering exceptional service and sales experiences. The Client Specialist supports store service initiatives, achieves sales and service metrics, shares product and fashion knowledge, and participates in store and community activities. The position may also involve leading or supervising others on occasion and opening or closing the store.

Requirements

Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
Able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to work cooperatively in a diverse work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of integrity.
Strong planning and organizational skills, including proactively contacting clients in a relevant, timely, and meaningful way.
Professional, assertive, and friendly, with the ability to make decisions independently.
Technological aptitude to use POS, computer, iPad, and handheld systems.
Comfortable climbing ladders, moving regularly, and standing for extended periods.
Able to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Create a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring internal and external relationships.
Use service enhancers, including Concierge, to build strong relationships.
Achieve sales and service metrics, including clienteling and outreach, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards.
Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
Understand customer needs and wants through intentional conversation.
Share current products and fashion trends to help customers build wardrobes, find inspiration, and develop trust.
Participate in community and store activities and events that promote the Talbots brand.
Lead or supervise others on occasion and open and/or close the store.
Represent the brand image professionally.
