About the position
As part of the Account Management team, the ideal candidate for this position will have full ownership of a significant portfolio of existing enterprise customers. They will be responsible for developing account plans, increasing penetration across solutions, and driving increased revenue. The candidate should have the ability to build strong relationships with strategic customers and coordinate efforts with other teams within the organization. The main focus of this role is to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and growth, while also identifying and negotiating opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Create account plans to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities for growth through self prospecting activities.
- Coordinate efforts with strategic resources such as Customer Success Managers, Account Development Representatives, and Solution Partners to achieve customer goals.
- Identify and negotiate customer renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to reach ambitious revenue growth plans.
- Gather specific knowledge across customers in terms of use cases, rollouts, messaging, and leverage this with marketing.
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholder network within the customer base to ensure revenue retention and growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B Sales or Account Management experience required.
- Expertise in selling to large enterprises.
- Ability to create account plans to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Strong pipeline development skills through self prospecting activities.
- Coordination with strategic resources such as Customer Success Managers, Account Development Representatives, and Solution Partners to achieve customer goals.
- Identification and negotiation of customer renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Gathering specific knowledge across customers in terms of use cases, rollouts, and messaging.
