About The Position
The Junk & Route Sales Associate works on 1-800-GOT-JUNK?’s Field Sales & Service Team in Tucson, Arizona. This active, customer-facing role involves driving company trucks on assigned routes, meeting customers, providing on-the-spot estimates, closing sales, and removing and responsibly disposing of unwanted items. Associates work with a Truck Team Partner to deliver fast, friendly, professional service and maximize daily performance opportunities. The work takes place outdoors and in varied environments, with repeated lifting of 50 pounds or more. Compensation includes a base wage of $15.50 per hour, profit share, and tips. The posting describes average pay of $22–$25 per hour and says earnings can reach up to $27 per hour; profit share and tips are uncapped and performance-based. Paid training covers sales and closing, customer service, marketing and brand representation, leadership, and operations. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and perform hard physical work.
- Have clear and confident communication skills.

- Be comfortable meeting and helping people and working as part of a team.
