About The Position

Southwind is hiring a Field Sales & Service Representative for its 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, serving the greater Naples area from Fort Myers, Florida. The role combines customer service, on-site sales, junk removal, and driving company box trucks. Team members are expected to create positive customer experiences, provide clear estimates, remove unwanted items safely, and represent the brand professionally. Training is provided, and no prior junk removal experience is required. The position includes daily recorded role-play scenarios for ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement. This is a full-time role with four to five shifts per week: one mandatory weekend shift and three to four weekday shifts. Shifts last 8–10 hours and may fall between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., based on business needs. Team members must be available four weekdays and one weekend day each week. Overtime may be needed. Compensation is listed as $24–$30 per hour or more, consisting of a $15 base rate, profit sharing, and tips. Southwind pays the full cost of obtaining the required DOT Medical Certification. Uniform items provided include a branded polo, ball cap or beanie, and sweatshirt; brown belt, brown steel-toe boots, and navy blue work pants or shorts are also required. Requirements

Maintain availability for four weekdays and one weekend day every week.
Work one mandatory weekend shift and three to four weekday shifts per week.
Be available for shifts of 8–10 hours that may occur between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Card for driving commercial vehicles; Southwind covers the cost of obtaining the certification.
Wear the required uniform: brown belt, brown steel-toe boots, branded polo, branded ball cap or beanie, sweatshirt, and navy blue work pants or shorts.
Be physically capable of lifting, carrying, loading, and maneuvering items up to 75 pounds.
